2024年5月30日に厚生労働省より公開されました大麻関連法案のパブリックコメントにつきまして、各所より複数のお問い合わせを頂いておりますが、当協議会の執行委員（参画検査機関）やアドバイザーならびに事務局のスタッフが、有識者及び参考人として、厚生労働省に対しパブリックコメントで提示されている案に係る情報提供ならびにアドバイス等は行っておりません。
当協議会でも非常に厳しい内容であることは理解しておりますので、当初の予定通り提言を行うと共に、期日内に今回のパブコメに対する意見書を追加で提出する予定でおります。
We have received numerous inquiries from various sources regarding the public comments on the cannabis-related bill released by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare on May 30, 2024. However, please be advised that the executive committee members (participating inspection agencies), advisors, and staff of our council are not providing information or advice as experts or witnesses to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare concerning the proposals presented in the public comments.
We understand that the content is very stringent, and as such, we will proceed with our initial plans to make recommendations. Additionally, we intend to submit a supplementary opinion paper within the deadline for this public comment.
